By downloading, installing, or using Snag AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Snag AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze marketplace listings and provide negotiation advice. The service includes:
- Deal analysis from uploaded screenshots
- Fair market value estimates
- Negotiation strategies and suggested messages
- AI-powered negotiation coaching
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Snag AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited to 10 analyses per week
- Premium Subscription: Unlimited analyses and features
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Use the App to harass or defraud others
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of price estimates or deal ratings
- That negotiations will be successful
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Our AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own negotiation decisions and outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Don't Panic Digital Agency LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
